RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS AND RETURNS 
 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. 

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, so please check carefully our our size guide (we have one for each item in the description section of the product). 

 

 

DISCLAIMER

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

If you notice a problem with the products or any other item in your order, please report the problem by writing to info@nebiaclothing.com. 

The return address is set to Printful‘s location by default. When we receive a returned shipment, you will be automatically notified by e-mail. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s location is not used as your return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments. 

 

Incorrect Address – If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our location. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address (if and as applicable). 

 

Unclaimed – Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for reshipping costs to yourself (if and as applicable). 

 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
