Most frequent questions and answers

DELIVERY

Normally, it takes 3-7 working days to handle an order, after which we proceed to shipping. Delivery times depend on location, and below we give an estimation:

● USA: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● Australia: 2-14 working days
● Japan: 4-8 working days
● International: 10-20 working days

We work with an On-Demand order management company with facilities all over the world. The order will be shipped from the nearest center to the customer’s delivery address.

A customs tax may be charged on international orders. However, taxes are not under our control and vary for each country, so consult your local customs office directly to check if they charge duties and taxes.

Before contacting us, please check the following:

● check the shipment confirmation email for any errors in the address of the delivery;
● check with your local post office;
● ask your neighbors if the courier left the package at one of them.

If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at either a post office nor at a neighbor, write to us at info@nebiaclothing.com indicating the order number. If you have
found an error in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but it it will be at your expense.

ORDERS

We work with a Print-On-Demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on the delivery address, your orders are made and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently and quickly.

You will receive a tracking link for your package when your order will be shipped. If you have any questions about this topic or shipping, write to us at info@nebiaclothing.com

We are really sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us solve the problem quickly write us at info@nebiaclothing.com within a few
weeks with photos of the product, the order number and any other details that can be helpful to us. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution!

RETURNS

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order let us let us know by contacting us at info@nebiaclothing.com.

We offer refunds ONLY for defective or damaged items. If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at info@nebiaclothing.com with photos.

We do not currently offer this option. If you are unsure of the size, please check our our size guide, we have one for each item in the description section
of the product.

It may happen, though rarely, that an item has an incorrect label.
If this happens, you can notify us by writing to info@nebiaclothing.com within one week from receipt of the order. Include the order number and photos of the item with the incorrect label and we will either exchange it or give you a refund.
